Thinking About Something Verses Doing IT

Every Morning Is A Chance At A New Day: Just learned something about getting up early.
My new Real Estate Training Regime is:
Up at 5am for cardio 1/2 hr, then 1/2 yoga, the hour of learning/training with the work say starting at 7am.
I finish work at 7pm.
If you want to be the best at your field, you have to get better.
This is what I learned:
Exercise in the morning will speed metabolism up exponentially more than exercising at night.
4 deep breaths in through the nose and 4 short sharp breaths out through the nose releases a chemical from the brain that makes you feel good (even when it is dark and serotonin hasn’t kicked in.
Have a great day.

When do you schedule in the kids?

Good question Jenell. This is my work schedule. We all work together in the business. It is a family business. For instance start work at 7am is do emails and write a to do list from home at 7:00 am to 7:30am while the kids check off their list on the fridge and get ready, read a book, pack their school bags. We all sit down together from 7:30 to 8 for breakfast as a family. we talk about what we are all looking forward in the day and what we are grateful for. I drop kids at school at 8;15. 7pm we all have dinner together and 7;30pm I read the kiddies stories and put them to bed between 7;30pm and 8pm. Friday night home early 5pm for family movie night. Sat morning all the kids come out with me putting open house signs to give my wifey a break. weddnesday 1-2;30pm date day with my wifey. School sport and functions I book into work meeting schedule. Sunday; NO WORK family day!!! And we take 8 weeks a year holidays as a family (lots of finishing lines to look forward to) Weré all having so much fun it’s hard to seperate work from life lol We work hard and play hard :) Hope that answered your question. They definiely don’t miss out on Daddy time.
