Chris is definitely a Hi Performance Agent. He sold our house for full price in one day. He told us he had an extensive data base that he would get on the phone to and start prospecting for a buyer before we started marketing to try and save us money on marketing. We have to admit, we had heard that before from other agents and were a little cynical. His results speak for themselves though. Could not meet a nicer guy.
